职位描述：
o 1. Administration management, Stationary, business cards, employee code, new staff introduction and photos. Contact list update. Meeting room management.
o 2. Car Arrangement and record.
o 3. Assist Welfare Committee on benefit activities, such as outing, annual dinner& Birthday Party.
o 4. Administration policies draft and improvement.
o 4. Hotel and Air ticket booking
o 5. Lunch Booking & Management
o 6. Invitation letter for foreign employee, and support foreign staff’s living in China.
o 7. Interview: arrangement (time/meeting room, meal), on boarding preparation, seat, card, introduction to staff.
o 8. Resignation, file any HR related collection.
o 9. Attendance Calculation, Leave and OT Management. Weekly and Monthly analysis and Report. Support DL HR management.
o 10. Visitors management.
o 11. ADM Expense Claim & Report.
o 12. Plant Tour and introduction.
? Familiar with Chinese Labor Law and HR related knowledge.
? Has policy and procedure improvement experienced.
? Fluent user in Microsoft Excel and other Office software
? Good English speaking and writing skills
? Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality is must.

Education and Experience
? Major in Human Resource or business administration or related filed.
? At least 2-3 years experienced in HR function.
? Previous working experience in manufacturing company strongly preferred
