职位描述：
Job Responsibilities
- To ensure,maintain and update all technical data needed for KL China
- To ensure the feasibility of the production and delivery plans
- To order materials(from the purchase department)not in stock and to ensure the time plan of all the orders
- To fulfill the engineering of all sybsystems of each order(except electronics), including:
   > Drawings such as plan and cross view
   > To ensure the compatibility of all subsystems
   > To compose the technical dossier of each order
   > Manufacturing drawing and BOMs
- To use the ERP system and complete the paperwork needed for the production and deliveries department
- To consider standards and codes for each order
- To translate manuals in Chinese or English
- To represent the company to meeting with suppliers and customers.
- Other works assigned by the managers


Requirements
- Familiar with the manufacturing process, process products;
- Familiar with the design of mechanical parts
- Good at Micro Office, especially with Pro/E
- Have well knowledge and practical experience in SPC, DOE, FMEA
- Good teamwork and coordination ability
- Smart, good communication skills both in English and Chinese
- Good orgnization and management capacity
- Major in Mechanical or Engineering related
- More than 1 year work experience in manufacturing company with relevant position


岗位职责
- 确保、维护及更新科莱曼中国所需的技术数据
- 确保生产和交货期的及时性
- 及时向采购部门请购没有库存的材料并确保材料的及时到货
- 更具订单进行合理配置（除电子产品外），包含：
   > 制电梯井道布置图
   > 确保所有配置的兼容性
   > 编写每个订单的技术档案
   > 绘制生产图纸和材料清单
- 使用ERP系统完成生产和发货所需的文件
- 健全每个订单的标准和系统编码
- 把必要的使用手册翻译成中文或英文
- 必要时代表公司会见供应商及客户
- 其他经理交办的事宜


要求
- 熟悉制造流程和生产工艺
- 熟悉机械部件的设计
- 熟练使用办公软件，尤其是Pro/E
- 对SPC, DOE, FMEA有良好的知识和实践经验
- 具有良好的团队合作能力
- 聪慧，具良好的中英文沟通技能
- 具有良好的组织和管理能力
- 机械或工程相关专业
- 有一年以上制造业相关工作经验
- 经公司定期或不定期考核合格，能胜任该岗位的工作职责。
- 无违反公司《员工手册》或规章制度，且未遭受任何违纪处罚。
