Description
Conduct supplier sourcing, development and management to support Plant production and new product development projects, supply base management KPI improvement and consistent cost reduction, and work on commodity sourcing strategy improvement.
进行供应商资源开发和管理，以支持工厂生产和新产品开发项目，供应链基地管理KPI改进和连续的成本降低，并开展产品采购战略改进。
Responsibilities
1. Lead the new project RFQ process base on BD requirements, and complete it on time.
执行新项目的报价流程基于业务发展需求，并准时完成。
2. Familiar with EE components(active/passive/PCB/cable/connector etc…) and mechanical parts(plastic/metal/rubber/packing ect…) know the cost trend from market,also understand the material cost analysis.
熟悉电子产品部件（主动/被动/PCB/线材/端子 等等……）和结构件（塑胶件/金属冲压件/橡胶件/包材类 等等……），了解市场的价 格走势，精通成本分析。
3. Work closely with relevant parties to qualify the new suppliers for new parts, to realize the supplier switch, product changes for achieving the cost, time and quality targets.
和相关部门紧密合作审核验证新的供应商，进行供应商的切换，实现产品在价格和交期还有质量上的目标。
4. To be able to implement supply management strategies and activities such as VMI, JIT, EDI capabilities, etc.
能够执行供应链管理策略和活动，比如VMI/JIT/EDI 等等
5. Continue cost reduction activities, and explore new methods to achieve the annual target,like VA/VE.
持续的成本降价，研究探索新的方法实现年度目标，比如VA/VE
6. Track and monitor the material price and take actions to reduce the cost impact caused by material Inflation.
跟踪和监控原材料市场价格，对于原料的因数导致的涨价需要预期的行动方案。
7. To be the escalation point when there is delivery/quality issues during the MP and NPI stages.
当在NPI和MP时，遇到交期、质量问题时，能很好的控制重点并予以解决。
8. Establish and maintain constructive supplier relationship.
建立和维护好供应链关系。
9. Others jobs arrangement from manager.
经理交办的其它事宜。
Requirements
1. College Degree in Electronic or Mechanical/Electronic Engineering fields.
大专毕业，电子或机械电子专业领域
2. More than 2 years of experience in EMS plant sourcing, purchasing supplier chain or equivalent area.
2年以上电子工厂的工作经验，在供应商开发、采购或者供应链管理职能。
3. Equipped with good negotiation skill and supplier sourcing and quality management skill.
具备很好的谈判技巧和供应商开发、供应商质量管理经验。
4. Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.
有SAP经验者

印刷电路国际(Printed Circuits International, PCI)于1972年创建于加利福尼亚洲圣克拉拉。1972年，她首次将印刷电路板设备安置在东南亚的新加坡。1975年，PCI在东南亚建立了液晶显示器生产线。1978年，扩展成为原设备制造(OEM)的合约制造商。
1983年，PCI在新加坡的裕廊购买了350,000平方英尺的工厂。1990年，一个控股公司PCI(1989) Pte Ltd成立，同年，一个100,000平方英尺的工厂在巴丹开业，作为下一步在印度尼西亚面向全球化的商业经济的竞争。 1992年，PCI在新加坡上市。 2000年，PCI同样在印度尼西亚的巴丹建立了另一个100,000平方英尺的工厂。
2003年，PCI在中国上海漕河泾高新科技开发区，建立了面积为59,180平方英尺的工厂，成立了上海高智毕诚/毕诚电子有限公司，目前已发展到近700名员工。
2015年，PCI在中国昆山开发区章基路建立了工厂，成立了昆山市必兴电子有限公司。
今天，以新加坡为基地的PCI是集制造、服务为一体的综合性合约制造商。为印刷电路板组装，液晶显示模组以及整机产品提供制造方面的解决方案。
