职位描述：
1.汽车零部件行业2年以上相关工作经验，其中必须有1年以上直接对口主机厂的工作经验
More than 2 years experience in automotive field, and at least one year work experience dealing with Car-Maker directly
2.熟练掌握IATF16949，Formel-Q，QSB(BISQ)的要求，并在内部得到有效落实
Familiar with requirement of IATF16949, Formel-Q, QSB, and implement this requirement in daily work
3.熟练掌握PFMEA/CP/MSA/SPC，熟悉GD&T图纸
Familiar with FPMEA/CP/MSA/SPC, and GD&T drawing
4.熟练完成8D报告；有较丰富的客户审核对应及客户抱怨快速反应的经验。
has good experience to deal with customer complain and finish 8D report
5.熟悉冲压/注塑检具设计原理。
Has knowledge about the CF design concept of stamping & injection parts
6.沟通能力强，抗压能力强。
Good communication skill, and can stand high pressure
7.英语：熟练，能与国外同事沟通
