职位描述
Report to: General Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Perfect company finance system continually, and supervise and control every system's implementation.
2. Improve the way of financial calculation, organize implementation and control, increase work efficiency and quality;
3. Setup and perfect finance software, supervise its running and make sure software works safely;
4. Manage and control capital. Collect and audit monthly capital payout plan, supervise the plan's implementation and reduce the finance cost continually
5. Responsible to make finance plan and budget yearly, and report the monthly implementation;
6. Responsible to make finance reports and finance analysis reports;
7. Responsible to coordinate the yearly accounting report audit;
8. Implement internal control and audit, cost control, TVM, confirm product cost targets and supervise
9. Responsible to setup finance team and daily administration in the future.
Requirements:
1. College or above;
2. More than five year finance work experience and finance management experience in manufacturing enterprise is plus;
3. Experience to support plant set up and finance process/policy establish is desired;
4. Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office and finance soft; Positive personality with good communication skills; Good management capacity;
5. Fluent English skills.
