职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Supervise to identify the responsibility of production staff;
2. Daily production operation supervision (SOP, Rotation, line switch, OEE etc.)
3. Improve the production Lean system; coordinate between lean manager and production.
4. Follow critical quality issue inside and outside and the solving process.
5. Coordinate the sales shipment demand and production capacity to keep a reasonable production output flexibility;
6. Develop the KPI of production team, optimize the overall operation efficiency, reduce the operation cost accordingly;
7. Initiate the technology improvement and process optimization for continuous promotion;
8. Provide the monthly KPI report to GM and Headquarter;
9. Make up the annual operation budget and plan for the approval from GM and Headquarters.
10. Develop the new project introduction budget and review the mass production preparation.
11. Lean production maintenances ( VSM, TPM, TQM,PDCA etc)

Requirements:
1. Junior college or above
2. Two years working experience in produce department as leader or manager
3. Good command of oral and written English
4. Lean manufacturing is a plus
5. Good at excel、PPT
