职位描述：
岗位职责：

1.Sourcing material, tooling, ect. and develop supplier base for new projects to support business pursuit activities to win business.开发原材料，模具等的供应商；建立新项目上的供应商以争取公司赢得该项目。

2.Independently manage quotation & RFQ process and cost comparison & analysis.
独立完成询价，比价，分析。

3.Successfully negotiate contracts and delivery terms with suppliers.
和供应商合同，条款，运输方式等的谈判。

4.Follow ordering process to ensure timely acquisition of sources for prototype and sample builds with reasonable price and MOQ.根据订单流程，以合理的价格和最小订单量确保前期样品的准时到货。

5.Support material localization and monitor supplier APQP process to ensure flawless launch.
完成材料国产化，主导供应商APQP过程。

6.Monitors and assesses supplier performance and conduct cost down process with supplies.
管理和评估供应商绩效，和供应商进行降价谈判。

7.Communication with overseas AK purchasing department and support their arrangement.
和AK集团采购沟通并配合他们的工作安排

8.Other Tasks assigned by Superior.
完成上级安排的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1.At least College degree or equivalent with major in mechanics/electronics.
大学或以上学历，机械/电子相关专业

2.At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry, automotive industry preferred.
至少3年以上制造型企业工作经验，汽车行业优先

3.Experience on procurement of Connectors and Cable is preferred.
有连接器和线缆采购经验者优先

4.Good English skill both Oral & Written and could hold and attend the teleconference with overseas.很好的英文听说读写能力，能与国外进行电话沟通

5.Proficient in computer application, ERP experience preferred.
擅长电脑操作，最好具备ERP工作经验

6.ISO9000, QS9000, ISO/TS16949 knowledge.
具备ISO900, QS9000, ISO/TS16949相关知识
