职位描述：
Basic Requirements 基本要求:
a) Have basic arithmetic skills
具有基础计算能力
b) Be familiarized with computerized scale operation especially for SAP&EXCEL
熟悉电脑操作，尤其是SAP及Excel 操作
c) Automatic industry warehouse working experience is preferred
拥有汽车行业仓库管理经验者优先
d) Fork lift operating experience, license preferred
具有驾驶叉车的经验，持有叉车证者优先
e) Be able to work with minimum supervision

Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
a) Count inventory parts on daily basis according to preset 12 day cycle sheets at an average daily count of 30-35 parts.
根据12天周期工作计划表，以平均每日30-35件作为日清点基础进行库存清点工作
b) Re-count any quantity discrepancies between floor count and computer records.
对于实际清点与电子记录的数量差异进行重新清点核算
c) Report any shop floor problems regarding tagging, misplacing etc of material to appropriate department heads.
及时向部门负责人汇报车间物料标签以及放置错位等问题
d) Count all packaging for purchasing department twice weekly.
每两周盘点一次包材
e) Assist in year end physical inventory and other inventory counts as required .
根据要求协助年末实物及其他项目盘点
f) To ship and receive by established standards.
根据既定标准完成发货及收货工作
g) Responsible for loading and unloading trailers for outgoing in process parts.
负责处理零件的装卸工作
h) Responsible for moving received goods to proper inventory locations.
负责将接收的货物放到相应的库存位置
i) Work in a safe manner at all times.
时刻遵守安全工作原则
j) Adopt and practice Kaizen Principles and Concepts.
贯彻持续改善原则，并将其理念付诸于实践
k) Participate in Kaizen and GEAR activities.
参与公司持续改善及改善建议的提出
l) Follow all general procedures where applicable as indicated in the GENERAL PROCEDURES section of the level III Procedure manual.
按照三级程序文件中的所示程序要求工作
m) Perform other duties as assigned.
执行经理指派的其他工作
n) Work in compliance and conform to QS9000, TS16949 and ISO14001 standards.
