职位描述：
? Process responsible department Multi-Spindle turning [CAM]
? Exercise supervisory control and direction over day-to-day production activities
? Plans and follows schedule of all production activities in cooperation with Order Processing Manager
? Ensures that Work Instructions are followed
? Ensures that equipment is maintained at the highest possible level, without sacrificing safety and quality
? Ensures safe working procedures and good housekeeping practices are adhered all times
? Communicate with operators regarding quality, production and problem/ concerns
? Ensure operators are performing their daily duties in a timely manner
? Comply with all applicable company policies and procedures
? Report deviations to Manager
? Ensures cleanliness of the workshop according 5S
? Evaluate operator performances
? Identify personnel resource demands
? Support 8D submission and make sure corrective actions are answered and implemented in required timeframe
? Define measurements in case of Internal/External Quality issues
? Analyze production data and define corrective actions
? Support and observe Projects
? Perform miscellaneous tasks when required
职位需求：
? Minimum of 5 years related work experience [CAM controlled Multi-Spindle turning] 5年以上多轴车床经验
? Minimum of 2 years’ advanced experience in machine setup [CAM controlled Multi-Spindle turning] 2年以上调试车床经验
? Logical understanding of machining processes and troubleshooting problems 良好的机加工及解决问题的能力
? Strong and fast comprehension 良好的理解力
? The ability to analyze data, process and complex systems 分析及处理复杂技术问题的能力
? English communication skills 基本的英文交流能力
? Good verbal and written communication skills 良好的沟通能力
? Knowledge in manufacturing processes preferred automotive 有汽车行业知识
? Knowledge in ISO/TS 16949 preferred 了解TS16949
? Knowledge in SPC 了解SPC
? Positive attitude towards new ideas 善于接受新的想法
