AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY工作职责与权力
1 Participates to the continuous improvement of methods and processes in order to improve
2 To maintain and to improve the running machines.
3 To define and to follow up the plans of improvement
4 Maintenance issues related to CS/SB/Prototype/Facilities etc...
5 To improve the best internal and external practices
6 To assure that the maintenance process is in suitable conditions of security, hygiene and respect of the environmental, by means of the planning and the development of preventive actions and corrective.
 
The main activities are :
1 To define the organization of the maintenance
2 To elaborate the budget and the investments of the maintenance.
3 To elaborate the unfolding of policy in maintenance and follow up.
4 To elaborate the plan of communication and follow up
5 To make products according to the planning maintaining under control the process defined by the department of methods, and validated by the department of quality
6 To maintain the process and the machines according to their specification.
7 To assure the take into account and to participate in the elimination of the problems found in the maintenance
8 To form the maintenance that it can fulfill the tasks assigned to each one in all the areas of his competition
9 Periodically to assure the balance between the necessities Clients and the maintenance
10 To lead the Security Problem Solving in each accident or great incident
11 To develop, to apply and to make fulfill the norms and procedures of the system of management of the prevention in the security matters, hygiene and environmental of the factory, as well as including in the Manual of Quality
12 To make assure the annual interviews of evaluation and review the career development for team members.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED任职资格要求
1. Education Background/教育背景
   Bachelor Degree and above 本科 及以上学历
   Major/专业 Mechanical Engineering, ideally with a specialization in automotive technology
2. Working Experience/工作经验
   Absolute required experience必备经验 Maintenance management preferably in the automotive or similar industry
   Years of experience必备经验年数要求 5 years and above
3. Language Ability/语言要求
    English Good
4. Computer Skill/计算机技能 MS Office, Internet, Excel, PPT
