POSITION OBJECTIVE: ? Daily management for Production workshop.

KEY RESULT AREAS: (MEASURABLE BY AGREED KPIS)
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Review and guarantee daily work target be completed.
检查并保证本岗每日生产计划的完成；
? Making truthful statistic data and report according to daily production and order tracking.
车间每日生产产量及跟踪订单的完成情况进行如实统计和汇报；
? Lead the team to achieve common targets of Safety, 5S, Quality and people development.
领导本岗达成安全、5S、质量、培训和人员发展目标；
? Fielding monitor, make sure the workers operate according to SOP and company regulations. Analyzing data to find the problems.
现场监督检查，确保员工按照公司规定和规章进行操作。分析数据并找到原因；
? Monitor new employee training to improve operators’ skill.
监督新员工的培训，以提高员工的操作技能；
? Cooperating infrastructure people fix broken equipment to achieve TPM target.
配合维修人员修理故障设备，完成TPM的目标；
? According to operators’ motivation and performance, providing relevant advice on reward or punishment.
根据员工的表现对本岗人员建议处罚或奖励
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Other tasks assigned by Production Manager.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS: ? College degree above, majored in machinery, ten years associated working experiences, five years associated management experiences.
大专及以上学历，机械专业，十年相关工作经验。
? Excellent communication, be familiar with office software.
沟通能力强，熟练使用办公软件。
? Mechanical drawing reading ability.
机械图纸识图能力。
