? Company management targets.
? HR targets of the Company.
9. Detailed activities, compenteces and responsibilities:
? Work with Management and employees to cultivate a positive work environment for all employees.
? Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local labor laws.
? Utilize account system with HR Module to store and update information and create reports.
? Aggressively seek ways to improve the system.
? Execute hiring activities:
? Post job openings
? Evaluate applications and resumes
? Candidate selection and interview coordination with appropriate managers
? Lead interviews with managers and contribute to decisions on applicants
? Involve Executive Management in the process of hiring new Management members.
? Create and maintain a job description for each position with assistance from department managers.
? Management of personnel capacities.
? Provide orientation for new employees.
? Create employee offers and severance agreements.
? Create and maintain the Employee Handbook and other policies with Executive Management.
? Establish and maintain relationships with outside vendors (i. e. Payroll, brokers, benefits, etc).
? Maintain benefit administration
? Conduct required training and maintain training records at all employee levels.
? Participate in creation of wage ranges, wage increases, bonus payments and definition of working time schedules.
? Develop and maintain employee bonus/incentive programs
? Guide Management in employee evaluation process and corrective actions for employees.
? Guide Management in the process of disciplinary action.
? Execution of necessary personnel disciplinary action.
? Coordinate and prepare statements for legal issues in relation to employees.
? Execute all tasks related to the processing of payroll.
? Handle all insurance and compensation issues.
? Maintain employee files with respect to medical, personnel and training information.
? Handle all unemployment correspondence.
? Maintain employee attendance system
? File and control employee time off issues.
? Investigate and resolve employee-related claims.
? Assist with the training and development of new employees in all departments.
? Work with Executive Management to identify strategic changes in the company alignment regarding Human Resources.
? Establish collaborative relationships with Swoboda Group.
? Provide monthly reporting package for Swoboda KG
? Obtain visas and necessary travel documents for employees transferring to the China from other locations within Swoboda-Group
? Manage on-boarding program for transfer and temporary employees from Germany and other countries
? Work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations and ensure that all employees are in compliance.
? Support Management in Environmental, Safety and Health issues
? Extensive access to confidential employee-related information.
? Manage building security and access (camera system, keys, fingerprint ID)
? Manage outside services vendors (e.g. snowplowing, pest control, logo wear, food/beverage service)
? Manage IT and cell/land line phone systems
? Other duties as assigned.
? Comply with Environmental Management System regulatory requirements, procedures and work instructions, and support recycling efforts.
10. Extraordinary powers which are not fixed within common regulations:
The job holder has to take over additional tasks within his range of duty or due to his/her abilities/skills whenever requested by his supervisor.
11. Experience
Minimum 5 years in comparable position in an FOE
Minimum 10 years in Human resource functions
