任职要求/Position Requirments:

1. 中专/技校或相当学历, 数控、机械或电气相关专业；

Technical secondary school/Vocational school or equivalent education, major in CNC operation, mechanical, electrical or similar;

2. 至少三年以上数控转塔冲床，数控剪床，折弯床操作经验，有板材加工/机柜/驾驶室制造行业背景的优先；

At least three years CNC Turret punching machine,CNC shearing machine,CNC bending machine practical experiences, have sheet metal fabrication, encloser, driving cabinet working background will be very good;

3. 能读懂产品图纸,并能根据图纸要求编制加工程序；

Can read the product drawings and well understand how to make the programes for bending, punching and shearing;

4. 熟悉冲压、折弯、剪板工艺的质量标准并能处理常见的缺陷；

Know well about the quality criterion of punching, bending, shearing, and be able to sort out the common process faults;

5. 乐于学习，接受设备供应商的现场技能培训；

Willing to learn, you will accept the on-site training by our equipments supplier engineers;

6. 熟悉FANUC-Oip 数控冲系统, DELEM 65W/DAC350折/剪系统优先；

Have skills in FANUC-Oip punching programe and DELEM 65W/DAC350 programes will be plus;

7. 强烈的安全和质量意识，优秀的团队合作精神, 诚实、敬业、高度的责任感。

工作职责/Job Responsibilities：

1. 负责板材的冲/剪/折生产操作，准时完成生产计划要求；

Perform the daily operation of sheet metal punching, shearing, bending, follow up the production plan to finish jobs(or beat targets) on time;

2. 保证每工序的产品质量，认真填写各项文档记录；

Insure that good quality of each manufacturing stage, fill in the documents (paperwork)as required;

3. 管理好模具和对设备的简单维护，使其处于良好的工作状态;

To manage/maintain toolings and equipments, make sure everything in good working condition;

4. 严格遵守公司安全/环境/健康条例及现场细节等各项要求；

To observe the company’s HSE regulations, make improvements in the on-site 5S activities;

5. 提出合理化建议帮助持续改善；

To make recommendations for continuous improvement;

6. 能够培训新进员工；

Training the new punching, bending, shearing empolyeers;

7. 配合必要的加班工作。

With the necessary overtime.
