Job Summary:
Follow up the order processing, take full responsibility of order management, as well as payment application.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Collect and prepare the documents of quotation.
2. Receive and deal with PO from clients, ensure the orders are executed accordingly (in process of quoting, order placement & follow-up, dispatch coordination, payment, warranty handling).
3. Communicate and confirm with clients and suppliers in all respects during the order processing.
4. Promptly feedback the data to clients and suppliers.
5. Distribute order info. to the related internal departments for OTD.
6. Work with logistics in Kunshan plant to schedule and follow up products shipment.
7. Collect and check invoices to customers and track payment status.
8. Maintain accurate records in business contracts, orders, deliveries and all related documents.
9. Check and ensure the data accuracy in ERP system.
10. Month end sales and order delivery updating with Finance
11. Resolve issues happening in the covered job areas.
Position Requirements:
1. The knowledge and experience of order handling is must, i.e. concept of business document and flow, logistics such as import/export, customs rules, L/C handling experience should be desirable.
2. Work experience of buyer in purchasing area would be preferable.
3. Good skills in order planning, organizing, communication (both verbal and writing).
4. Good English competence in speaking, listening, reading and writing.
5. Self-driven and motivated. Ability to work independently.
6. Detail-oriented and full spectrum of duty follow-up.
7. Good interpersonal skills and team-work player.
8. Taking working pressure.
9. Solid computer skills in Excel, Power Point and Word.
10. Bachelor degree, preferably in business administration, marketing or other related fields.
