职位描述：
主要工作职责(Main Tasks & Responsibilities)

1. 开发新客户
Develop new customers.
2. 遵守公司信用控制程序，采取必要措施防止呆账坏账，账款回收；
Follow the credit control procedure to control receivables. Push payment. Prevent bad debt.
3. 了解客户涂层使用情况，接收客户抱怨和投诉，调查情况并推动内部分析和解决；
Keep contact with customer to get feedback of our coating performance. Collect relative information and push internal investigation and problem solving while receiving customer concern and complaints.
4. 定期预测，总结，报告销售业绩，分析原因，采取有效对策；
Forecast, review and report sales performance regularly. Analyze and take effective actions.
5. 辅导和协助市场主管进行市场调查和品牌推广活动；
Coach and support market supervisor on market investigation and brand promotion activities.

必备条件 Minimum Requirements

教育Education:
本科及以上，材料或机械相关专业
Bachelor degree, major in material science or mechanical engineering
专业知识及技能 Specific Knowledge:
切削刀具相关知识
Knowledge about Cutting Tools
了解PVD或CVD涂层相关知识优先考虑
Prefer to Knowledge about PVD and CVD
沟通，销售和人际关系相关技能
Communication, sales and interpersonal skills
经验Experience:
切削刀具相关生产或销售工作3年以上，熟悉浙江当地刀具、模具生产商和使用商
3 years minimal manufacturing or sales experience in cutting tools, familiar with ZheJiang local cutting tools and forming tools manufacturers and end users.
