职位描述：
Main responsibilities主要职责:
1. Reception works such as phone system, visitors record, express 接待工作，如电话系统、访客记录和快递。
2. Administration work, such as Hotel and Ticket booking, food/water/stationary ordering 行政工作，例如酒店、机票预订、食物/水/办公用品请购等。
3. Office instrument maintenance such copy machine/printer/fax machine paper feeding, call supplier for repairing, etc. 办公室仪器维护，如复印机/打印机/传真机的纸张，联系供应商维修等等。
4. Cleaner work quality observing 清洁工作质量观察
5. Support management assistant for HR issues, such as interview appointment and training arrangement, attendance record etc. 人事部管理助理的工作，如安排面试培训，做好考勤记录等。
6. Keep the work record as requirement. 按要求填写工作记录
7. Performs other duties and assignments as required. 完成主管安排的其他工作。
8. Work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations and ensure that all employees are in compliance.遵守职业健康和安全条例和法规。
9. Support Management in Environmental, Safety and Health issues支持管理环境、安全与健康问题

Qualification Requirement任职资格要求：
1、College and above 大专及以上学历
2、Min 1 year comparable work experience 至少一年类似岗位工作经验
3、Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office) 办公自动化熟练
4、Very good human communication skills 沟通能力强
5、Good team work spirit 良好的团队精神
6、Proactive personality and working attitude 积极乐观的个性和工作态度
7、Good appearance 仪容较好
8、Chinese fluent流利的中文
9、English business writing and speaking is preferred具备良好的英语商务写作及口语能力者优先
10、German optional 德文非必需
11、Has the experience for SAP or other ERP system prefer.会使用SAP软件或其他ERP 系统者优先
