? Participates into implement GSC Management strategy to achieve lowest total costs, effective asset management, continuous quality improvement, on time delivery, and cycle time performance improvement and early supplier involvement in product development

? Responsible for the whole implementation of sourcing process based on projects management，and negotiate with selected venders to sign long term agreement and service level agreement
负责供应商开发、管理整个实施过程实施基于项目管理的方式, 并终终负责供应商的开发选择谈判，及签订长期合同及服务合同。
? Manage RFQ process and maintain item supplier information and price in LN-ERP system.
开展进行RFQ过程活动并在ERP系统中正确的维护零件默认供方及价格信息。
? Support inwards goods receipting and investigating quality issues with SQE
协助处理来料收货问题，并协同SQE处理质量反馈与供应商有关的问题。
? Push ahead the suppliers’ continuous improvement undertook
推进所管理供应商的持续改进

? Assist GSC inventory management
协助库存管理。
? Support GSC Team Leader to achieve dept. goal and dept. practice efficiency.
支持GSC部门主管完成部门目标并逐步提高部门执行效力。
? Support other team members to achieve the team’s common goal
支持协助其它部门完成部门目标。
? Execute other tasks that could reasonably be expected of you

? Associate Degree in mechanical engineering or related fields
大专及以上学历，机械工程类相关专业
? 4 years’ sourcing experience in similar position
四年及以上供应商开发管理类似工作经验
? Previous experience in WOFE / JV or in technical position preferred
之前有外资独资/合资工作过或有做过 技术类工作者优先
? Previous experience in Sheet metal, Injection and mechatronics sourcing position preferred
有在制造类公司做钣金、橡塑及机电一体化 零件采购经验者优先
? Proven skills in problem solving
有较好的问题解决能力
? Customer, cost and quality focused，familiar with ISO9001 preferred
有客户至上、成本和质量意识, 熟悉ISO9001者优先
? Well organized and efficient with pro-active attitude
有组织有序及工作效率的主动积极意识
? Ability to work under pressure with tight deadline
