职位描述：
1, New project quality control, finished all document based on APQP requirement.
负责新产品的先期质量策划，根据APQP要求完成相应的文件记录；
2, Leader internal IPA audit, and phase audit, leader customer VP/TT/PP audit, tracking to close issue based on internal and external mail stone.
按照公司内部以及客户时间节点要求，主导内部IPA项目审核，并关闭开核问题，按节点关闭。
3, Submit PPAP document to customer in time, and sign off PSW, and closed every phase in time.
按照客户要求提交PPAP文件，并按期关闭各阶段，签署PSW
4, Leader DV&PV test item clearify, and leader tooling design, monitor and verify test result, perform annual product and process quality.
负责DV和PV试验以及工装夹具开发，参与并指导试验员完成试验；执行年度产品审核和过程审核。
5, Leader measurement tooling design and verify, measurement system analysis and improvement.
负责项目开发阶段量具检具验收、测量系统的分析及整改；
6, Project development phase document preparation, include FMEA/Control plan/Inspection instruction/Quality alert
负责项目开发过程中编制文件输出FMEA、控制计划、检验指导书、质量警报等；
7, Verify the product and process character PPK/CMK/CPK, tracking NOK item to do improvement.
负责产品特性以及过程特性的PPK及CMK实施与计算，判定其是否符合客户要求，对不符合项实施整改并对结果验证；
8, Monitor process align with control plan, continue to do improvement, NOK parts alalysis and open issue close.
负责监控生产过程符合控制计划要求，持续优化质量控制手段； 不合格品分析和处理，问题追踪和关闭
9，Tracking implement ECN/PCN, evaluate and prevention action for change risk.
追踪ECN/PCN实施，评估并预防风险。
10， Process control and customer complaint disposition, submit 8D report and action for containment and tracking issue closed.
制程质量管控，以及客户投诉处理，按期提交8D并采取临时措施以及追踪永久措施，保证问题关闭。
11. Follow up with 3rd parts warehouse / sorting company in case of any quality sorting happens, summary daily report and feedback to plant.
Take lead of any quality issue in 3rd party , take action with team till close.
当任何质量问题发生需要进行第三方仓库或公司sorting时，进行日常的报告汇整以及反馈，并领导进行解决直到问题关闭。
12. Follow up warranty performance, lead warranty analysis and continues improve warranty performance
追踪售后业绩，领导小组进行售后分析，持续提升售后绩效
13, Summary daily/weekly/monthly/annually report, and summary project report, report to leader in time.
汇总日报、周报、月报和年报，以及项目报告，按时向领导汇报。
14. Adhere to all plant policies and procedures as outlined in the desktop procedures, employee handbook and the Employee Norms
遵守工厂的制度和程序，员工手册和规范。
15，Insure work 5S meet company requirement.
确保工作区域5S符合要求。
16. Perform other duties as required
