Main Accountabilities:
？1、 Accountable for warehouse team management, inventory control, location management, distribution and daily operation to guarantee all the activities are following the company policies..
仓库团队的管理，库存控制，库位管理，物料分配等日常工作，确保仓库的工作运行符合公司经营的要求。
？2、 To drive for continues improvement on warehouse team’s efficiency.
持续的改善仓库团队的工作效率。
？3、 LEAN actions with layout design in warehouse.
了解LEAN的概念并用于仓库布局的规划和改善。
？4、 Be responsible for inventory management. Ensure ERP system record conforms to physical goods in volumes and status.
库存管控，确保ERP系统信息和仓库实物的一致性。
？5、 Plan, develop and execute the cycle count and regular stock taking.
严格计划，组织并执行循环盘点和周期性的固定盘点。
？6、 Plan, develop and execute supply chain strategy to provide quality services to fulfill business needs.
基于供应链管理的理念为公司的业务发展提供计划，组织并执行的等高效的高质量的工作
？7、 Identify opportunity to lower the overall logistics cost.
全面的物流成本控制。
？8、 Be responsible for coordination of goods receiving and goods issue. Ensure timely and correctly material movement in ERP system. Make close contacts with purchasing, planning, quality and production functions to smooth goods receiving and distributing.
负责货物的收发存工作，及时，准确地进行ERP系统的操作执行。能够紧密地沟通和配合计划，采购，质量和生产等部门工作，做到高效及时地收货和配送。
？9、 Shipment arrangement, ensure timely and correctly record in ERP system, track transportation progress, and ensure the delivery on time and safety.
及时准确地发货安排，确保按时交付。
？10、 Timely and accurately complete logistics expense report and expense verification in line with contract with Logistics Service Provider. Be able to do necessary statistics, cost analysis and initiate cost effective solution;
及时准确地完成物流费用的核实和报告。能够进行统计分析并提出改善方案。
？11、 Ensure transportation & warehouse management in line with requirements of ISO, EHS. Also ensure all the related process and documentation is in compliance with government regulation.
确保物流运输和仓库日常工作符合ISO和EHS体系要求和政府的相应法律法规。
？12、 Knowledge and used to work with ERP systems(Kingdee or Ufida system is prefer)
