职位描述：
主要工作职责(Main Tasks & Responsibilities)
使命/Mission:
作为设备团队成员之一，确保所有的技术设备(包括PVD涂层设备、CVD涂层设备及辅助生产设备)维护良好，处于可运行状态.As a service team member, ensure good maintenance and service of all technical equipment (including. PVD coaters, CVD coaters and auxiliary production equipment) and keep them in operational status
主要任务/Main Tasks:
1, 建立并持续改善所有技术设备的维护策略/计划Setup and continuously improve maintenance strategy/plan of all technical equipment.
2, 严格实施设备维护策略/计划Implement equipment maintenance strategy/plan strictly.
3, 设备发生故障和问题时，快速反应，分析原因并运用正确的方法予以解决Quick response to equipment trouble and issue, analyze root cause and solve it in a right way.
4, 依据维护策略，定期彻底检修设备，并做必要的调整Periodical overhaul and necessary adjustments on the equipment according to the maintenance strategy.
5, 通过培训、指导、训练来提高团队技能，使团队不断成长Develop skill of service team via training, coaching and practice, keep team growing.
6, 撰写并完善设备操作指导，培训生产班长与员工，定期及不定期检查以确保操作指导得到严格执行Create and improve equipment operation instruction, provide training for production leaders and operators, implement regular and random check to ensure the instruction is strictly followed.
7, 采购、管理设备备件，使备件库存处于合理水准Purchase and manage equipment spare parts, maintain a reasonable stock level.
8. 支持生产及质量工作，如纠正措施、改善等Support production and quality for corrective actions, improvements…
9, 依据ISO标准及公司要求建立并维护相关文件与记录Establish and maintain related documents and records according to ISO standards and company requirement.
10, 参与新设备安装Involve in new equipment installation.
11, 上级分派的其他工作Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

绩效指标/KPIs:
1, 设备停机Equipment downtime.
2, 维护成本Maintenance cost.
3, 支持力度Supports.

必备条件 Minimum Requirements

1, 电气或自动化类专业，本科或以上学历Above university or equivalent degree in electrical control or automation.
2, 熟悉PLC及电气控制系统 Familiar with PLC and electrical control system.
3, 三到八年设备维护维修工作经验，有很强的动手能力和意愿3~8 years’ experience in equipment maintenance, good ability of problem solving.
4, 有较强的逻辑分析能力Strong logical analytical ability
5, 勤奋、团队意识Diligent and team work awareness
6, 对涂层技术有浓厚的兴趣并渴望学习 Interested in coating technology and willing to learn.
7, 良好的英语读写能力Good command of English in writing and reading.
8, 有高真空设备、PVD设备或CVD刀具涂层设备维护维修经验者优先考虑Maintenance and troubleshooting experience of PVD/CVD tool coating machine or High Vacuum machine is preferred. 举报 分享
