岗位职责:
收集、汇总各部门招聘需求,制定年度招聘计划与招聘费用预算,按月监督、及时调整;
Collect the recruiting demands from department, draft the annual recruiting plan and do the budget for recruiting, monthly review and adjust.
按招聘费用预算和公司用人实际需求,进行日常人员招聘、录用、转岗、和解聘。
Implement the activities for recruiting, hiring, transfer and termination based on budget control and the recruiting demands
开拓新的招聘渠道,控制招聘预算,建立技术岗位的资源库
入职及离职手续办理,进行离职员工面谈,完成离职分析报告
Deal with the procedure for on-boarding and dimission, proceed with Exit-interview and finish the monthly turnover report.
Develop new recruiting channel, control recruiting budget, and build up talent pool for technical positions
收集、汇总各部门培训需求,制定培训计划与培训费用预算
Collect the training needs from each departments, draft the annual training plan and budget.
按培训计划和实际培训需求,组织、安排日常培训和员工发展工作;
Organize and arrange training for employees based on training plan and actual training needs
建立员工培训与发展档案,做好培训中后期跟踪,评估培训效果;
Build up training record for employee, follow up the training, and evaluate the training effect
建立、扩充公司内训师团队,开发、完善公司内训课程。
Develop internal trainer team, develop and improve the internal training courses.
完善公司招聘、培训相关政策与制度;
Improve relative recruiting and training policy and procedures.
完成本部门和其他部门需要的招聘、培训相关报表;
Finish relative recruiting and training reports
完成上级交办的其他工作。
