职位描述：
Responsibility:
1. Manage cross-functional site infrastructure projects in a matrix organization covering a range of areas.
2. Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
3. Provide hands on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.
4. Perform risk management and change management on projects.
5. Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks.
6. Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
7. Execute the task assigned by Line Manager.
Requirement:
1. 5+ years working experience in engineering/PM within the electronic industry. Be familiar with electronic products manufacturing process and industry condition, owns engineering and manufacture background will be preferred.
2. Demonstrates project management skills and experience in daily work.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Assertive in driving key project objectives with internal and external groups.
5. Forward thinking, process oriented and action driven
