职位描述：
Responsibilities:
> Review BOM, routing, scrap and standard cost in ERP system
> Month-end costing closing, calculate and review WIP, FG, WO variances, provide relevant analysis to plant management
> Conduct standard cost roll including material, DL, overhead, scrap
> Lead inventory count, partner with operation team to minimize discrepancy
> Analyze absorption by product line
> Prepare weekly and monthly production reports
> Ad hoc request from manager

Requirement:
> University degree, major in Accounting/Finance
> 5+ years finance experience with at least 2 years on costing/controlling role from manufacturing environment
> Knowledge of ERP system, FI/CO module in SAP strongly preferred
> Good command of English desirable
> Proficient with Excel
> Strong analytical skills
> Be able to meet deadline and take pressure, “can-do” attitude
> Effective communication skills and good teamwork
> Proactive, willing to challenge and improve status quo
