POSITION OBJECTIVE:
岗位目标 To ensure quality standards are maintained and defect rate of materials, parts, and equipment fall within requirements, for both incoming and outgoing.
保证质量标准有效的运行和维护，确保外购和销售的材料、零件、设备的不良率在规定的质量要求范围内。

This position is part of Compac Kunshan China’s QA & QC department.

REPORTS TO:
汇报对象 ? Daily Reporting to: QA & QC Team Leader – Compac Kunshan, China
? 日常汇报对象：康备科中国昆山质量保证和质量控制团队组长
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
工作职责 ? Responsible for incoming parts inspection, production process (sub-assembly, electronics assembly and OEM) confirmation, and timely documentation and reporting of quality data.
? 负责来料零件检验， 生产过程（半成品组装， 电子装配， 整机装配）质量确认， 及时记录和汇报质量状况
? Identify, quarantine, and track items with quality issues all through process
? 在过程中识别， 隔离， 追踪不良品
? Conduct statistical analysis to identify root causes of quality issues, and carry out corrective and preventive actions.
? 通过统计分析识别出质量缺陷的原因， 并实施相应的纠正和预防措施
? Timely maintenance of incoming parts inspection status in ERP system, e.g., parts approval or rejection.
? 及时维护来料零件在ERP系统内的检验状态， 例如：零件接收或拒收



PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:
任职条件 Essential Skills主要技能
? Familiar with sheet metal, castings, machined parts and powder coating parts, with previous relevant inspection experience.
? 熟悉钣金件，铸件,机加工件和静电喷涂的加工工艺并具备相应的检验经验
? Familiar with mechanical drawings - experience working with international (English) blueprint preferred.
? 能够理解机械图纸， 熟悉英文图纸更佳。
? Working experience of using general measurement tools, e.g., digital caliper, micrometer, angle gauge, Go-No-Go gauge, film thickness gauge, etc.
? 能够熟练使用常规量具， 例如， 数显卡尺， 千分尺， 角度规， 通止规， 膜厚仪等
? Fluent user in Microsoft software
? 熟练使用微软办公软件
? Ability to speak, read and write by simple English
? 能够使用英语简单交流
? Ability to operate ERP, PC system
? 能够使用英语环境下的工作系统
? Familiar with ISO 9001:2008 QMS requirement
? 熟悉ISO 9001:2008质量管理体系要求


Education and Experience 教育程度和工作经验
? Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields, or equivalent experience
? 大专学历， 机械工程及相关专业或相应的经验
? 2+ years of working experience in machinery, equipment manufacturing, or related industries.
? 2年以上机械、 设备制造或相关行业工作经验
? Worked in foreign company is preferred.
? 有外企从业背景优先
