-At least 5 years of industry experience in the development of analog or mixed-signal ICs.
-Should be familiar with all aspects of IC product development, including product definition, microarchitecture specifications, design reviews, scheduling, corner simulations, verification, CAD, validation, CP testing.
-Should have proven track record of developing multiple IC products currently in production.
-Design team management experience is a must. MSEE is required.
