任职条件：
1、 大专及以上学历，机械类专业优先考虑；英语口语和书写流利；
2、一年以上汽车、机械、钢铁或冶金行业销售工作经验，有辊轴销售工作经验者优先 ；
3、 踏实肯干，有较强的工作责任心和团队协作精神，能适应出差；
4、 Office办公软件运用熟练，包括Word,Excel,PPT；
5、 性格开朗，诚实可信，遵守契约，不弄虚作假，没有不良信誉。
岗位描述：
1、负责公司产品在汽车、钢铁和冶金行业、纺织机械的销售及相应代理商管理；
3、开拓新市场，发展新客户，增加产品销售范围；
4、维护及增进已有客户关系；
5、参与竞标及报价，签定销售合同，指导、协调、审核与销售服务有关的帐目和记录，协助协调运输等事务；
6、负责收集市场和行业信息，加深了解；
7、解决客户就销售和服务提出的投诉；
8、收取应收帐款；
9、从销售和客户需求的角度，对产品的研发提供指导性建议；

FKM was founded in 1967 in Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany, (as Ferro Kunststoff Mülheim) and was initially a trade partner of the steel industry for polyamide parts for production facilities. After moving to Duisburg (1980), FKM also began manufacturing PU coverings. In cooperation with Bayer, FKM carried out pioneering work in the development and use of rotational moulding for PU. Nonwoven rolls have also been part of the FKM range for the past 20 years. We now have three production and administration locations: we supply to customers across the whole world from our locations in Germany (Duisburg, North Rhine-Westphalia), the USA (Frankfort near Chicago, Illinois) and China (Kunshan City, Jiang Su Province). FKM has a technical centre in Germany which finds solutions for special customer requests but also develops its own formulae which we use in our products.
Our mission
FKM sees itself as a leading developer and manufacturer of rolls with coverings made from polyurethane, nonwoven and high temperature resistant materials. FKM mainly but not exclusively addresses producers and processors of sheet metal and the car industry. FKM covers the most important economic regions with its own businesses in Germany, the USA and China and a network of partner firms.

Management
FKM has a central management team which has the final say in all important decisions. However, for most decisions, we follow the principle of subsidiarity: what can be decided at a local level is decided on a local level. Team spirit plays an important role here.
