职位描述：
Key Responsibilities
Set up the IT policy & procedures to safeguard the IT equipment/software and data info. Also ensure the policy & procedures are adhered to.
 Provide IT support and daily IT infrastructure operations/maintenance including network, telecom, ERP and Windows AD support;
Ensuring ERP system better utilization/improvement for essential business application support.
 Coordinate the 3rd party IT service provider on solving IT issues
 Work on full Sarbanes-Oxley compliance of application systems control.
 Promote IT related projects for continuous improvement to improve work efficiency as well as reducing costs.
 Play as the project coordinator for any IT ELV Project
 Configure network and telecom equipment as needed, apply necessary IT securities on the equipment.
 Handle break/fix issues as required on network and telecom equipment.
 Perform and monitor China network and telecom system
 Maintain and report on current network and telecom system.
 Create and maintain network and process documentation covering backups, patching, hardware, software or other items as deemed necessary by their supervisor.
Plan, organize, oversee, and perform optimizations of the network and telecom environment.
Perform after hour maintenance and emergency on call work as needed
Act as the backup person for other infra support functions, such as Email, Storage, Backup.

Key Competencies (rank ordered)
Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in MNC
 Excellent working experience with switch/router, routing technology and Yonyou ERP
Working experience with SSL VPN Equipment, Cisco PIX firewall, Cisco IP telephony and Cisco wireless networks is plus.
Experience on Active Directory, Exchange, Service Desk, SAN, NAS is plus.
Experiences with cabling and ELV project
 CCNA, CCNP and MCSE is preferred.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Ability to create clear and accurate network and process documentation
Attention to detail and ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools
 Demonstrated ability to learn on the fly and acquire new skills via both instructor-led and self-training coursework is required.
 Fluency in both Mandarin and English are required 举报 分享
