Job Request:
o 学历专业要求：大专以上学历，机械，电气或者自动化相关专业；
Degree Major: colleague and above degree in mechanical, electrical or automation and related majors.
o 工作经历：5年以上维修工作及管理经验，自动化流水线及组装线维修经验者尤佳。2年相关生产及工艺管理经验。
Working experience: more than 5 years equipment maintaining and management
experience, better with automation equipments maintaining experience or assembly line maintenance experience.2 years related process and production management experience.
o 技能及证书要求：电工上岗证书及维修电工相关工种技能。熟悉FMEA,8D,PPAP等相关辅助工具。有自动控制等专业知识。熟悉OFFICE软件。丰富的机械设备车间管理经验, 熟悉机器设备及生产工艺流程。
Skill & Certificate: need to have electrician license and related technology with maintenance electrician. Be familiar with FMEA,8D,PPAT and related tools, full of
Automation knowledge, knows well about Office software， rich knowledge about machinery workshop management, rich knowledge about equipments and production technology and process.
o 语言要求：能看懂英文图纸，英文读写流利
Language: be able to understand English drawings, be fluent in spoken and written English.
o 乐观，上进；责任心强；善于沟通,团队合作及领导能力
Be positive, enterprising, responsible and be good at communication， leadership and team work.

II. Job Description
o 负责生产设备的保养，维修以及性能的提高，确保生产设备正常有效运行。积极研究新工艺并应用到实际生产中。
Be responsible for the maintenance, repairing and continuous improvement of production equipment and ensure its normal, reliable running. Be active in analyzing new technology and apply to the real production.
o 分析设备故障原因，针对原因提出解决方案，帮助减少当机时间，提高生产效率。Analyze cause of equipment downtime and figure out action plan to reduce downtime.
o 为设备操作人员及维修人员提供常规设备培训，避免操作人员错误使用。Provide technical training and support to operators who are using the equipments and maintenance people to avoid wrong usage.
o 负责生产部及维修部全部工作人员的管理、任务分配与工作的考评Responsible for the management, task arrangement and performance evaluation for all people in Dept.;
o 完成上级领导安排的其他相关任务
Complete other works assigned by supervisor
o 确保设备使用中及维护中的安全事宜
