职位描述：
Main responsibilities主要职责:
1. Responsible for home and building technical equipment.
负责房屋及建筑的技术设备。
2. Plant facilities maintenance, including building and public estate areas, power supply, lighting, air condition, exhaust system, compressed air, waste water system, water, gas supply, fire safety,furnitures and etc. 厂务设施维护，包括建设和公共财产的区域，供电，照明，空调，排风系统，压缩空气，废水系统，供水，供气，消防安全,家具等维修保养。
3. Plant facilities and firefighting system maintenance SOP, maintenance plan and maintenance action.制作厂务消防设施维护作业指导书，保养计划和执行实施
4. Coordination to support the production requirement ( provide auxiliary station; trolley ; facility installation，water、electric, air connect )
协调安排支持生产线的需求（提供工位器具，周转车，厂务水电气安装）
5. Management of services supplier related to facility, negation and review the contract regularly, improvement the services quality continuously.
负责对设施服务供应商的管理，评估并就双方合同与供应商进行谈判，促进供应商服务的持续改进。
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory codes and environmental guidelines(based on ISO14001) and establish critical systems testing and emergency procedures, as well company policies and procedures.确保遵守相关法律法规和环境准则（ISO14001），建立关键系统的测试和应急程序，制定公司相应的政策和程序。
7. Reduce, manage, analyze and report operating expense, deploy facilities cost saving programs (e.g. energy, water, gas, electricity, etc.).
分析、管理、减少与报告运营费用，部署厂务节能计划（水、电、气等）。
8. Server on Emergency Response Team, such as severe weather, flooding prevention, typhoon secure……建立应急反应小组，如恶劣天气，水灾预防，台风安全.....
9. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor主管指派的其他工作。
10. Work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations and ensure that all employees are in compliance.遵守职业健康和安全条例和法规
11. Support Management in Environmental, Safety and Health issues支持管理环境、安全与健康问题


Qualification Requirement任职资格要求：
1. Associate degree above 大专以上学历
2．6 years or above facility engineer related working experiences in factory 6年以上厂务工程师工作经验
3. Familiar with facility category and maintenance related knowledge 熟悉工厂设施分类及维护的相关知识
4. Know-how on various facility policy and related regulation of government 掌握各类设施管理政策及政府相关法律法规
5．Automotive industry priority汽车行业优先
