职位描述：
- Take charge of material handling for the whole company including goods receive，warehouse manage-ment，production supply
  负责厂内物流的操作，包括收料、入库、库房管理、生产线物料供补
- Organizing, managing and follow up of transport of goods. Communication towards forwarders, custom-ers, customs and other functions within or outside of team for transportation and import & export issues.
  组织，管理和跟踪物品的运输。和运输方，客户，海关联系安排运输和进出口事宜。
- Inventory monitor，making and monitoring the cycle count plan (daily, monthly and yearly), ensure the inventory accuracy
  负责系统帐的监控、安排循环盘点及年度盘点, 确保库存准确率达到部门年度目标
- Tracking 、monitoring and achieving the logistics KPI target ( such as downtime, stock accuracy)
  跟踪、监控并确保物流现场的年度KPI目标的实现 （如停线时间和库存准确率等指标）
- Logistics budget and cost control, continuous improvement plan for cost efficiency.
  负责物流预算和成本控制， 及成本效率不断改进的计划
- Making, Optimizing the working process to have a good instruction for the daily job
  优化工作流程，做好日常督导工作
- Monitoring the main suppliers such Heat Treatment and steel supplier delivery and maintain the record and prepare all the statistics.
  对主要供应商如热处理和钢材供应商交付业绩的监视和统计
- Take charge of Customer Audit including logistics, shipping and warehouse
  负责客户审核事项（包括物流运输和仓库）

任职要求：
- Degree holder in Logistic or related discipline，college or above
  物流或相关专业本科以上学历
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in automobile industry with at least 3 years in management level
  制造业企业8年以上工作经验，至少3年以上管理经验
- Familiar with importation procedure and China Custom regulations
  熟悉进口流程和海关相关规定
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
  熟练使用Office办公软件
- Experience in ERP system, SAP is an advantage
  有ERP或SAP系统使用经验者优先
- Excellent organizational and management skill
  优秀的组织及管理能力
- Proactive, self-motivated and can work under pressure

- Well-organized and detailed-oriented
