工作职责 - 销售/ 市场助理
* 处理客户的订单
* 负责给德国工厂下订单
* 安排货代，准确及时的发货
* 组织公司的市场活动，如展会安排，样本制作等
* 收集，整理销售数据
* 协助销售总监准备销售报告
* 协助销售总监及其团队的日常运行事务
* 其它分派的任务

要求经验和技能
* 本科学历
* 2年以上相关工作经验
* 熟练使用Office和ERP系统
* 良好的英文能力
* 个性开朗，善于团队合作

Job Description - Sales / Marketing Assistant
* Responsible for purchase order getting from customers
* Put purchasing order to overseas vendors
* Cooperate with forwarder to arrange the shipping from oversea vendors
* Organize marketing issues, e.g. exhibition arrangement, catalog edition etc.
* Collect and maintain sales database
* Support sales director to prepare sales report
* Assist sales director and sales team in all administrative and organizational matters
* Other tasks which are assigned by supervisors

Required Experience / Skills
* College degree, preferable in International trade, Logistics, or marketing
* Over 2 years related working experience
* Strong application skills in Microsoft Office software and ERP system
* Good written and verbal English skills
* Strong communication skills. Self-motivated and strong team work spirit
