本职位要求用英文直接向西班牙籍总经理汇报，所以英语不好者请勿扰！

1 - JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES
? Production Supervisor is in charge of the Production lines, equipments, workers and production staff under General Manager direction.

? MAINLY DUTIES:

? Prepare the layout of workshop.
? Keep updated list of flow charts and production rates for all the products.
? Keep tool-inventory database and control or purchasing and consumption
? Collaborate with Logistic department in preparation of production plan.
? To fulfil of production plans, manage actions to correct deviations.
? Production control and workshop scheduling, distributing of people, Order and cleaning in workshop, control of raw materials and other consumed materials in workshop, guarantee following all safety rules.
? Production management. Control of over time, working time evidence, workers uniforms, permissions, illness leave, holidays, disciplinary actions, in cooperation with Human resources.
? Prepare work instructions for production.
? Production records
? In-process quality control registers
? Collaborate with Engineering and Quality department in industrialization of new models.
? Annual improvements plannings.
? Prepare and keep updated a preventive maintenance plan and records for production lines and facilities
? Make relative Daily Checking List, Weekly and Monthly Maintenance List, at the same time to supervise its fulfilment
? Guide operator to operate the equipments and simple maintenance
? Prevention maintenance, protection and solve the difficult problems, to reduce the total equipment stop hour and total scrapped caused by equipment;

2- STUDIES REQUIRED
? Graduate in Technical Engineer. (Mechanics, Organisations or Electronics speciality) (Or equivalent experience)
? Chinese, English – high level.

3 - SKILLS REQUIRED
? Analysis capacity. In order to quick identification of the problems and its solutions.
? Initiative and decision capacity. Being able to start actions, follow and finish them.
? Negotiation capacity. Being able, if necessary, to reach share decisions.
? Organisation capacity. Specially order and cleaning in Workshop.
? Team work abilities.
