职位要求
1、本科以上学历，有电子商务经验，人事过网店工作者优先考虑（优秀者可适度放宽）；
2、反应敏捷，有独立处理问题的能力，能在遵守公司规定客服程序的基础之上灵活解决用户所遇到的问题；
3、具备良好的客户服务意识，有良好的表达能力和沟通能力；
4、具备良好的团队合作精神、工作积极主动、爱岗敬业责任心强；
5、负责总经理办公室的公文写作及文件管理，确保材料信息准确无误；
6、完成其他总经理交给的事务性工作。
 
职位描述
1、受理（网络平台）客户在线咨询、投诉、电话咨询等，及时回复跟进处理；
2、进行订单处理，及时跟进订单；
3、收集用户提出的问题及建议；
4、维护良好的客户关系，掌握客户要求；
5、以客户满意为中心，时刻维护公司形象。
