1.College degree or above

大专以上
2.At least 2 years experience on production planning and material control

两年以上生产计划和物料控制经验.
3.be familiar with English in both oral and written English

熟练运用英语(听说读写).
4.Knowledge and experience on ERP

熟悉ERP系统.
5.Good computer skill, especially Excel

熟练运用计算机,特别是Excel.
6.Effective communication skills and team work,

良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神.
7.Independent, resourceful and takes initiative

独立,主动,能承受工作压力.



职位职责：

1.To confirm orders from customers and draw up the delivery schedule to the customer.

确认客户订单并提交交货计划给客户2.Institute reasonable production and material planning , ensure on time delivery so as to meet customer requirements with lowest cost

.制订合理的生产计划和物料计划以最低的成本最大限度的满足客户的需求.
3.Material control to minimize inventory investment while meeting committed delivery schedules,assist such dept as Engineering, QC, Warehouse to dispose of idle materials, shorten the stock turnover, enhance materials utilization.

库存物料的管理和控制，协助工程，质量，仓库等部门对呆滞料进行处理，提高库存物料的周转率，减少库存资金的积压，提高物料的使用率.
4.Coordinate with production team to make fully use of production capacity and assure smooth production flow.

Work order release and fulfillment tracking

协调生产部门充分利用设备产能,发放生产工单并跟踪工单进程.
5.Coordinate purchase and import, QA team to assure material supply to meet production requirement.

协调采购,进出口,质量等部门,确保物料供应满足生产需求.
6.ERP result analysis. Order review and forecast management .Capacity analysis & planning.

ERP系统相关结果分析(订单,产能,计划的实施情况).
7.Establish and maintain a timely flow of information to who have a need of know the status of production and material orders and forecast.

及时维护生产和物料的相关信息.
8.other issues request by the supervisor.
