1.1 负责仓库物资收、发、存管理。
1.2 负责对各仓管人员进行行政、业务管理和定期进行业务培训、考核，并根
据考核情况提出工作调整意见。
1.3 负责对仓管员进行业务指导、工作安排及工作检查、考核，并将考核结果
报部门负责人。
1.4 定期对库房现场及帐、物、卡按GMP要求进行检查、整理，发现问题及时
处理。
1.5 负责组织做好库房的清洁卫生和防鼠、防虫工作，定期对危险品仓进行检
查，发现隐患及时整改。
1.6 协助、指导、督促车间做好物料领用、储存及退库工作。
1.7 按工作要求定期做好库存物料的统计报表工作，协助物料供应部门做好公
司原材料、包装材料的供应工作，保证生产的顺利进行。
1.8 按要求定期做好库存物料的盘点工作。
1.9 完成领导临时交办的有关工作。
