职位描述
Job Descriptions:
The Logistics Manager will perform all activities related to importation and exportation of raw materials and products, as well as performing Supply Chain activities related to warehouse managing & stock replenishment.
Assist Supply Chain Manager on freight & warehousing cost control and managing 3PL performance to ensure on- time delivery to both internal and external customers across the APAC Region.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Source quality logistics service providers from market, selects from the pool and negotiates terms for best service and interests according to market conditions and service requirements;
2.Set up KPI and implement strategies to ensure 3PL to act upon;
3.Develop and control operational costs upon distribution budget to meet business objectives, take initiatives to find cost saving opportunities and lead the implementation;
4.Develop policies and procedures for the logistic-related activities as per business demand and optimize the Logistic process to continuously reduce logistic costs and lead-times thus help to achieve an optimum balance of service costs and quality standards in line with service policy;
5.Timely and correctly execute the inbound/outbound shipments, including vessel booking, shipping documents preparation, making daily record and file keeping, ensuring all process/documentations are in line with government regulation;
6.Apply for relevant Import & Export Licenses or Certificate to facilitate the export shipments to APAC Region;
7.Manage Logistic Service Providers, monitor & evaluate daily performance and finish monthly KPI Report (Logistic Service Provider's performance vs. contracts, incidents & accidents etc);
8.Verify logistics monthly spend & invoices from providers and perform cost analysis;
9.Ensure the logistics and supply chain process in line with the SOX compliance;
10.Finish other tasks assigned by Supply Chain Manager;
Other Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree majoring in Logistic Management or Supply Chain
2.Above 7 years working experience and 4 to 5 years relevant experience in supply chain / logistics management /planning position in Multinational company;
3.Good command of English, both written and spoken;
4.Analytical thinking, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
5.Familiar with China import / export process, warehouse operation, logistics and operations management
6.Handle multi-tasks effectively and independently, and work well under pressure
7.Strong PC skills in Word, Excel & PPT
8.Good leadership, Self-motivated and initiative.
9.Experience in managing the logistic operation across the APAC region is a must;
10.Experience in Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone logistics operation field is preferred;
11.Strong skill in costing analysis
12.Substantial experience in logistic operation.
