Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve the company's objectives
• Direct account management responsibility for strategic customers
• Participate in marketing research and segmentation analysis to establish served market size, competitive products and programs, market positioning, and strategic direction to meet growth goals
• Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry leaders and key strategic partners
• Provide update information on sales, sales forecasts, customer activity and visits, sales activity including progress on projects, target accounts, major and new opportunities, and any specific promotional or marketing
• Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products
• Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
• Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed growth
• Reviews and analyzes sales performance against plan
• Deliver sales presentation to key customers

Qualifications:

• 5 + years of experience in increasing leadership roles with 3 or more years of responsibility as Manager of Sales
• Experience in metal fabrication, stamping, heavy truck, construction equipment and/or military industry experience preferred
• Ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts
• Respond promptly to customer needs
• Strong interpersonal skills, pleasant personality with a high degree of integrity, leadership skills
• Self-reliant and result-driven working style with good planning and organizational skills
• Has good business acumen and commercial skills with high working efficiency
• Results oriented leadership style with a focus on continuous improvement and execution; motivating and collaborative
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business
• Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
• Strong team work spirits
• Good command of English, both oral and writing
• Must be willing to travel
