Requirement:
1.Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Material Engineering.
2.Good understanding of mechanics; ideally with experience in automotive industry.
3. 3 years experience in Finite Element Analysis / CAE required.
4. Experience with Hypermesh software required, ideally also with solver LS-Dyna
5. Able to write and communicate in English.


Description:
1. Report to FEA Lead Engineer
2. Responsible for FEA safety evaluation of front seat structures (static and dynamic load cases): meshing, setting, solving and careful reporting
3. Interdisciplinary contact with Chinese and German engineering design teams as well as with other branches of company when necessary, for China projects or for European/USA seat structure projects
3. Generate technical reports and present to internal and external customers.
4. Correlate simulation results with testing. Demonstrate agreement of simulation with actual measurement.
5. Make proposal to the design team for the optimization of product based on FEA.
