职位描述：
Key tasks:
1. Manage warehouse operations to make sure accuracy and efficiency;
2. Setup operation process, standard work instruction and monitor the implementation to make sure it working smoothly;
3. Ensure the safety, security of the goods, people and equipment;
4. Collaborate with other functions to streamline the material flow in the plant;
5. Escalate exceptions, including but not limited such as shortage, damage, delay, over/under delivery, rusting, etc;
6. Setup inventory booking discipline to ensure inventory record accuracy;
7. Conduct cycle count. For inventory discrepancy, dig root cause for continuous improvement;
8. Implement PFEP (plan for every part) methodology and regular review the status;
9. Manage warehouse team, even the workload, guide/direct operation and trouble-shooting for daily exercise;
10. Other tasks assigned by Manager;
11. Personal compliance with company’s regulations and “Code of Conduct”.

Qualifications & experience:
1.College degree education;
2.8 years hands-on working experience in logistics, warehouse, etc;
3.Experience in SAP is a plus;
4.Continual improvement mind-set;
5.Focus on details of operations;
6.Be open and hard working;
7.Self-disciplined and self-going, effective team player;
8.High intergrity;
9.Good communications skills in both English & Madarin. 举报 分享
