职位描述：
Main responsibilities主要职责:
1. Works closely with sales team to maintain SAP data in time, include customer information, price, sales order. etc.与销售团队紧密合作,及时维护SAP中的销售相关数据, 包括客户信息，价格，销售订单等的创建及更新。
2. Check Accounts with customer.和客户做好对账工作。
3. Work closely with Finance department to deal with invoice related issue.和财务部门紧密合作，处理发票相关的事宜。
4. Work closely with other department to do sales admin work.和其他部门紧密合作，做好销售内勤工作。
5. Assist sales manager update sales report.协助销售经理完成销售报告。
6. Some documents’ translation. 完成相关文件的书面翻译工作。
7. Assist sales manager to improve sales related process.协助销售经理完善销售相关流程。
8. Assist sales manager to do marketing analysis.协助销售经理做好市场分析工作。
9. Performs other duties and assignments as required. 按时完成主管交办的其它相关工作
10. Comply with Environmental Management System Unit Leader or regulatory requirements, procedures and work instructions, and support recycling efforts
遵守环境管理体系,程序和作业指导书的要求,并支持回收工作
11. Work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations and ensure that all employees are in compliance.遵守职业健康和安全条例和法规。
12. Support Management in Environmental, Safety and Health issues.支持管理环境、安全与健康问题


Qualification Requirement任职资格要求：
1. Bachelor degree. 本科学历
2. Minimum 1 years sales assistant experience.至少有1年销售助理经验
3. Automotive industry sales assistant work experience is preferred.有汽车行业销售助理类工作经验者优先。
4. SAP experience is preferred.有SAP工作经验者优先。
5. Good communication skills.有良好的沟通能力。
6. Good teamwork spirit.有良好的团队合作精神。
7. Strong learning ability.学习能力强。
8. Fluent English both on oral and write.英语口语和书写流利。
9. Fluent use of office software, such as Windows, Excel和PPT熟练使用办公软件，如Windows, Excel和PPT.
10. fluent english both on oral and writen.英语口语和书写流利。
