职位描述：
Responsibility:

- Conduct day-to-day procurement on indirect material for the trading companies in Asia Pacific;
- Release P.O. to suppliers (domestic & oversea) on time; make sure goods delivery on time, goods receipt and custom declaration on time;
- Monitor supplier delivery performance on daily basis, send out backlog report and follow up with supplier for open P.O. status effectively;
- Supplier identification, selection and management (for indirect material or service);
- Attend actively in cost reduction programs and negotiate with supplier for price, T&Cs when necessary;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain, HR & Admin, IT, Sales & Marketing etc for purchase requirement, purchase plan change and ensure goods receipt and good service received from supplier.
- Coordinate with Finance to make order payment to supplier smoothly;
- Assist the manager to optimize supplier pool, manage supplier’s performance and relationship in long term efficiency.


Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above with major in Business/Commerce or Engineering;
- 3+ years of buyer or purchasing experience;
- Familiar with ERP system, SAP experience is a plus;
- Good English speaking, reading and writing;
- Self-motivated and excellent teamwork;
