1、处理客户咨询，并提供专业报价；
2、负责大客户订单的持续跟踪，并及时向部门经理汇报业务情况；
3、定期对客户进行调查评估和回访，并反馈给部门经理；
4、在现有的和新的市场中，拓展新的销售机会；
5、独立负责各建材项目测试审核，包括客户的技术协助与有效沟通，技术报告的出具及审核；
6、了解客户需求，提供专业技术支持以及测试标准的解读；
7、与各环节/部门同事的协调合作，确保给客户提供高质的服务；
8、作为内部讲师，为内部员工提供专业技术培训。
任职要求：
1、本科&本科以上学历；
2、土木工程专业毕业；
3、有建筑材料检测工作经验的优先；
4、优秀的人际沟通能力以及客户服务意识；
5、英语四级以上，听说读写流利；
6、 熟练操作办公自动化软件。

CPR department technical director
Job description:
1. deal with customer consultation, and provide professional quotation;
2. responsible for the continuous tracking of large customer orders, and timely report to the Department Manager business;
3. regular investigation and evaluation of customer visits and feedback to the Department manager;
4. Develop new sales opportunities in existing and new markets.
5.responsible for the construction of the project audit, including customer technical assistance and effective communication, technical report and audit.
6. understand customer needs, provide professional technical support and test standard interpretation.
7. Coordinate with all departments / departments to ensure high quality service to customers.
8. Provide technical training for internal staff as internal trainer.
Job requirements:
1.bachelor degree or above
2. civil engineering graduate
3. Experience in building material testing is preferred
4. excellent interpersonal communication skills and customer service awareness;
5. English level four or above, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
