1． 会计、财务、审计或相关专业大专以上学历。

2． 持有会计师证，25-35周岁，有制造业成本分析经验3年以上。

3． 熟练操作ERP、OFFICE系统。

4． 熟悉制造业生产、采购、仓库管理业务流程，熟悉外资进料加工型企业的全盘帐务优先；

工作内容：
Job description：
1． 在各种预算基础上提出成本控制计划；
propose cost control plan on budgets,
2． 进行项目清算；
deal with project liquidation,
3. 统计、核对和分析来自各部门成本相关的数据，进行成本核算；
Statistics, check and analysis the relevant data from each department
4 、及时发现经营过程中出现的成本波动并分析原因,按规定进行成本分析并提出改正意见;
Discover and analyse the fluctuations reason appeared in process management , put forward Suggestions for correction;
5、控制各项定额消耗,分析超定额消耗的原因;
The norm cost control, this paper analyzes the cause of the quota consumption;
