职位描述：
1. Aggressively and enthusiastically representing the Starlinger company and products, and providing support to senior Chinese and overseas company sales managers during meetings and business negotiations
能够热忱并积极地代表史太林格公司及其产品，在会议及商务谈判过程中向高一级中国及海外销售经理提供支持
2. Earning and mastering the technical and products knowledge, Locating and contacting potential customers in the country or assigned province(s) and introducing the Starlinger company brand and product
学习并掌握技术及产品知识，在国内或指定的省区内查找并联系潜在客户，推广史太林格公司品牌及产品
3. Systematically integrating customers resources and exploring sales channel, the overall responsibility for product promotion and sales
系统整合客户资源并拓展销售渠道
4. According to the sales plan and strategy of company, setting own sales goals and strategies
根据公司的销售战略和计划，制定自己的销售目标和策略
5. Collecting valuable information of customers and related machines, performing sales reports included details mentioned above in both English and Chinese and reporting to the Regional sales manager.
收集有价值的客户及相关设备，同时用中英文完成包含上述详细信息的销售报告，并提交区域销售经理
6. Performing surveys of current and potential customers to confirm installed machinery and to identify future equipment needs
对既有及潜在客户的已安装设备进行调查，以识别出未来的设备需求
7. Performing general market research and reporting of key market, competitor, and sales data to management
进行市场调查，向管理层汇报关键市场，竞争对手及销售数据等相关信息
8. Following up the operation of signed project, providing necessary technical support， service support and goof coordination between customers and Starlinger.
对已签项目的进展进行跟进，在项目操作过程中，在史太林格和客户间提供必要的技术支持,售后支持及良好的沟通。
9. Performing of various ad hoc projects and other duties, as assigned
根据安排执行各种广告推广活动或其他事务。

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
所需教育背景，经验和技能：
Education: above Bachelor Degree in engineering or other technical field from
accredited 4 year university，degree in chemical/process engineering a plus
教育 工科本科学历以上或被承认的其他技术领域4年本科学历以上，化工专业优先
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in direct sales of plastics machinery
or plastic woven sack machinery ，candidates with experience in direct sales of recycling machinery industry is preferred
经验 3-5年塑料机械或塑编机械销售经验, 有回收机械行业销售经验的优先考虑
