职位描述:

1.负责组织日常的生产活动，根据生产进度。

2.负责监察生产性能数据（效率，广播影视，停机时间，在制品水平等），实现日常的数量目标的基础上生产计划。

3.确保所有的生产活动是按照内部质量程序和产品的SOP相关工作指示执行。

4.确保从仓库收到的包是完整的;管理及时从仓库/生产线的组成部分短缺。

5.产品团队获得需要的产品规格（物料清单，装配图，偏差，组件规范，ECN的，等等）。

6.沟通/升级技术的相关问题，以确定行动计划的适当Depts线时，停止和/或质量问题发生。

7.与工程和质量Depts完成一个持续改进的方法。

8.运营商的业绩跟踪，审查，雇用，教练负责。

9.确保工人的安全，5S应用程序，纪律。

10.提供每日更新状态移位月底到Operations Manager。

要求:

1.中级教育证书以往的经验。

2.普通话主管至少3年电子公司（跨国公司的首选，但不是强制性的）在ISO9000/ISO14000批准环境。 - 至少有50人系成熟的管理。

3.PTH的过程中成熟的知识，从技术角度来看，是强制性的。

4.良好的英语口语和书面英语。

5.IPC标准的知识;公共服务电子化“的概念和管理的MSD元件。

6.领导技能 - 优先考虑，但不是强制性的精益概念的基本知识，5S，H＆S。
