职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Draw the value stream mapping to lay out yearly continuous improvement plan from both Production process and Business system in line with the cost reduction strategy from the headquarter. (5%)
2. Work as Change Agent to drive the team to strive for the operations excellence through the initial Projects/Kaizens in Wastes Elimination, Technical Change, Flow Optimization, Productivity Improvement and Cost Reduction etc. (15%)
3. Review 4 Metrics (COGS, RTY, Productivity and DOI) performance report on monthly basis. (5%)
4. Review the status of all ongoing Level 3 projects and Kaizens with team on weekly basis. (15%)
5. Coordinate/conduct one Kaizen Event every month. (10%)
6. Implement the necessary structure to assure the sustainability after a project or kaizen, e.g. Standardization and Layered Process Audit (10%)
7. Execute Level 3 training program according to yearly OJT plan, and train Operators, Team Leaders, Supervisors in using such problem-solving skills as Lean and Six Sigma tools. (5%)
8. Drive a culture & mindset of Level 3 continuous improvement. (5%)
9. Continuously enhance the 5s culture, safety and green environment awareness of NN Asia through day to day 5s/EHS self-initiatives and the unannounced audit. (5%)
10. Review the status of 5Ms (Man, Material, Method, Machine and Measurement) in both production system and business process for the breakthrough improvement on quarterly basis. (5%)
11. Assist the coordination of employee motivation system through a regular award program involving 5s, Kaizen and Level 3 projects. (3%)
12. Responsible for Phase II new product line setup qualification, product PPAP and work shop standardization. (15%)
13. Any other assignments from the Supervisor. (2%)

Job Requirements:
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
Industrial or Mechanical Engineering preferred

Must be an excellent communicator
Well-developed analytical skills
Result oriented and team-approach to problem solving
Strong sense of PDCA approach and priority principle
Good quality and finance sense
Be able to work flexible hours
A mindset of continuously challenging your peers and yourself.

Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 ~5 years related experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferably in bearing components or mechanical based on a Lean and Six Sigma operating system.
Hands-on experience with implementing change projects.

Necessary Competency Requirements:
English skills (reading and speaking) required
Strong analytical skills and hardworking attitude required
Computer skills – AutoCAD, MS Office required
Deep understanding of Lean, Six sigma, TPM), Green Belt or equivalent level above required
Project management skills preferred
Knowledge of bearing products preferred
