职位描述：
?University or college degree in (Automotive) Engineering, Material Science or related field, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
?Minimum of 3 years direct work experience in an external sales capacity, preferrably in Automotive industry.
?Mature in acquisition of new customers and customer management (esp. Tier1- and Tier2-customers.
?Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
?Professional demeanour, selling style, and appearance.
?Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-visit planning, call control, account development, and time and territory management.
?Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
?Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Chinese.
?Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
?Excellent listening skills.
?Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
?Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
?High level of integrity and work ethic.
