主要职责
1． 负责生产线设备和叉车的日常保养与维修；
2． 负责机械设备定期保养计划的执行和落实，并做好维修记录；
3． 对预防维护保养发现的设备故障隐患及时处理和提出整改建议；
4． 按照SOP培训和指导叉车和设备操作人员正确操作车辆和机器；
5． 确保设备在工艺要求内正常运行，控制停机时间和维修费用；
6． 参与设备机械和电气改造并符合公司HSE和相关法规要求。
7． 计划和申请设备维修零部件。
8． 维修车间及维修区域6S。
任职资格
1． 机械制造及自动化、机电一体化、机修等专业中职或以上学历；
2． 五年以上中大型制造工厂设备或叉车的机械电气维修经验；
3． 熟悉各类化工泵/磨机/搅拌釜/空压机/叉车设备的安装、维护、维修等；二年以上化工厂设备维修背景优先；
4． 熟练掌握叉车的工作原理及维修技术，做到一般中小故障自己维修，大修及中修联系外协维修支持；
5． 具有团队合作精神，能吃苦耐劳；
6． 持有有效焊工证或叉车维修证N1，另持有有效高低压电工证优先。
