职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Provide EHS guidance and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
2. Evaluate facility EHS conditions, assess risks and develop appropriate corrective-action plans and budgets to address deficiencies in comparison to regulations and client internal policy/protocol.
3. Keep management apprised of progress and significant developments on key projects.
4.Assist the Senior Operation Director in executing Environmental, Health & Safety priorities, metrics, goals and requirements.
5.Drive continuous improvement in EHS performance and programs.
6.Scope & Manage Local EHS Projects, Develop & Manage Ongoing & Project Budgets.
7.Support efforts to analyze and communicate performance against expectations, provide feedback, establish and track required actions to improve performance.
8.Utilize resources, tools & best practices to drive local site EHS program improvements.
9.Using EHS digital tools, conduct data mining to identify EHS program trends and develop corrective and preventative actions.
10.Assist in responding to significant incidents and government requests/notices.
11.Interface with environmental, health and safety regulatory agencies as needed.
12.Provide leadership, support and training to build technical, management and leadership skills of site leadership team in EHS.

Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above with Environment/safety/chemical background;
2. At least 5 years EHS working experience in big size multi-national companies;
3. Familiar with local environmental, health and safety regulations;
4. Technical Expertise on either IH, Industrial Safety or Environment;
5. Good communication skills;
6. Good oral and written skills in Mandarin and English;
7. Good computer skill (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook, etc.). 举报 分享
