职位描述：
1. Evaluate the quality capability of the supplier base for the supplier selection process based on internal quality requirement and legal/customer requirements for operational sourcing decisions. Ensure Audits and evaluation of new suppliers or supplier sites for the material group.
在供应商选择过程中，基于内部质量要求，法律法规要求，客户特殊要求，对供应商质量能力评估，对采购运营决策给出建议。确保对新供应商或供应商定点进行审核评估。
2. Estimation and planning of the necessary quality activities as supplier support in agreement with the project team.
在项目团队协议范围内，评估并安排对供应商进行必要的质量活动的指导。
3. Tracking and monitoring the supplier by using Advanced Product Quality Planning tool. Target is to implement very early measures to influence positive quality and cost results for this part and to insure a safe launch at the supplier site.
使用APQP追踪监控供应商，目标是实现早期措施积极影响质量和成本，确保供应商的安全试产。
4. Developing actions plans to raise the quality performance for suppliers. Implementation and tracking these actions with help of Q-methods (FMEA, 5W, etc.) at suppliers’ production
开展质量活动提升供应商质量，同时使用质量工具(FMEA,5w,etc)执行并追踪供应商生产状况。
5. Implement and tracking continuous improvement at supplier for better quality performance. Escalation of those kind of quality problems that cannot be solved by the supplier or project team itself to management. Maintaining Data Base and SAP, etc. for supplier parts. Planning and doing Product/Process audits and workshops at suppliers.
对供应商进行持续改善追踪，对于供应商无法解决或项目团队无法解决的问题实行事态升级流程。对供应商零件质量数据在SAP系统进行维护。筹划并落实对供应商的产品/制程审核。
6. Creating Quality agreement and standards. Check if these agreements are realized by the supplier. If necessary, management must be consulted
创建质量协议，确认供应商是否可以达成此协议。如有必要，协议需要双方沟通协商。
7. Creating Quality /PPM-target/PPM-part targets under respect of the development/customer requirements
基于开发需要和客户要求，订立质量目标。
8. Support in creating boundary samples in acclamation with internal customer, supplier and technical departments before SOP.
在SOP之前，经过和内部客户/供方/技术部门多方探讨，完成极限样品的定义。
9. Handling the supplier complaints. Clarifying technical correlations and help for making decisions, if necessary with internal and external departments.
负责供应商质量投诉，澄清技术的相关性并协助做最终的决策。如有必要，与内外部相关部门配合完成。
10. Support of other quality departments in actual cased if needed regarding to quality, time and costs. Announce possible quality risk to supervisor and follow the escalation process.
在实际工作中，在涉及质量/时间/成本协商案例中，对其他质量部门给予支持。对管理者表明可能的质量风险，执行事态升级流程。
11. Starting and pushing special tests to find root causes in case of deviations. Checking test results with help of statistic methods. Evaluation of deviations and quality risks. Preparing data for making decisions with supervisor
偏差分析中执行特殊测试项目寻找根本原因，使用统计的方法确认测试结果。对偏差和质量风险进行分析，为管理层的最终决议提供充足数据准备。
12. PPAP request and approval for supplier, any deviation have to monitor and evaluate with project team
供应商PPAP 提出要求及PPAP 批准，供应商PPAP中的偏差监控，并与项目相关部门共同评估
13. Be an expert regarding a special material group. Transfer specific Know How of the material group into the product projects.
精通某种材料组，传达此材料组的特性要求到项目产品。
14.Be responsible for advanced quality planning of critical parts for the material group. Do all supplier quality activities within this group to reach the quality targets.
负责此材料组关键零件的前期质量策划。落实供应商质量活动达成质量目标。
15.Build up and support network together with Q-planers purchased parts, buyers, product-project teams and other SQA. Participating within the implementation of new processed and methods regarding supplier quality.
加强团队协作与零件质量策划，采购，产品项目团队以及其他供应商管理人员，参与供应商的新工艺或新方法的活动。


任职资格要求：
Chinese fluent 中文流利
Bachelor degree or above 大学本科以上学历
Technical English min CET4, preferred CET6 英语4级，6级优先考虑
Supplier Quality Engineer with > 5 years of experience in a comparable position in the automotive supplier industry. 在汽车供应链里有类似供应商质量管理的工作经验5年以上。
Deep knowledge in VDA6.3, certificate is preferred. 熟悉VDA6.3，有证者优先。 举报 分享
